SHARP/autoSHARP - licence renewal

If you already have a licence for SHARP/autoSHARP but it is expired (or will expire soon) or you need a new set of licence keys, we need some information that will enable us to send you the correct licence information to run SHARP/autoSHARP. Please fill out the following form (required items are bold). Read the notes below carefully.

Please go to the relevant pages if you

already have a licence and you just want to add licence keys to it (requires password)
want to request a new licence
want to receive current download password
want to be reminded of existing request IDs

Note 1 : please make sure this is the same (valid) email address as for the original licence request - it's the only way we can get in contact with you. After submitting this renewal request, a message should be send to you automatically - if you don't receive it please get in contact with us (quoting the request ID which will be generated when you submit).

Note 2 : this should be the ID of your initial SHARP request - it was sent to you via email at the time of the initial licence request (this is the preferred method). You can find out about previous request IDs on the reminder page. Alternatively, you can use the box below (see Note 3).

Note 3 : Just cut and paste the contents of your existing $BDG_home/.licence file into this box - we'll try to figure things out ourself (although it might be a bit slow). Alternatively, you can give the ID of the initial SHARP request (see Note 2) - this is the preferred method.
